Performance Summer Camps at the YMCA!

For Grades 2-5

Monday-Friday, 9am-3pm  -  July 18th-22nd

This fun, interactive performance camp will include a little bit of everything leading up to campers putting on their own vaudeville performance!  Miming, Juggling, Clowning, Singing and Dancing are all covered in this exciting summer camp! 

Comedic Relief

For Grades 4-7

Monday-Friday, 9am-3pm  -  July 25-29

Want to be a stand up comedian?  Now is your chance!  Bring your best stories and jokes and learn how to put them into a comedic routine for everyone to enjoy.  Campers will work towards a comedy performance that will include improvisation, stand up and sketch routines.  You’ll never laugh so much in one week!  

Write & Perform Your Own Play!

For Grades 3-5

Monday-Friday, 9am-3pm - August 1-5

In this one-week interactive camp, you will learn all the basics to acting and writing by writing and producing your own production!  Acting, projection, writing, stage direction, diction and directing is all covered in this interactive fun camp.  Then, perform for your friends, family and the public to show off your new skills!  

Fairy Tale Princes & Princesses

For Grades K-2

Monday-Friday, 9am-3pm - August 8-12

Calling all royalty!  In this interactive camp princes, princesses, kings and queens will come together to produce a royal theatrical production!  This is a great beginner acting class that will include projection, facial expressions, acting and presence in our young performers!
